• Tropical Goodness is an eCommerce store based in New Zealand offering premium organic products, including coconut, spices, dehydrated fruits, and related goods.

Pricing & Orders

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable).

• We reserve the right to change prices or product availability without prior notice.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).

• Once your payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched. 
   

Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods provided at checkout.

• We use secure third-party payment gateways to process payments. Your payment details are not stored on our servers. 
   

Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver New Zealand–wide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. 

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays). 
   

Returns & Refunds

• If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos).

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind on perishable or opened food products. 
   

Wholesale

• Wholesale orders may be available on request.
